Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants are selected based on presence of any two or more of the following clinical symptoms that last 4 weeks longer (In case of acute rhinosinusitis) and 12 weeks longer (In case of chronic of chronic rhinosinusitis) Clinical symptoms include i.Nasal discharge that is purulent (anterior or posterior) ii. Nasal congestion iii.Facial pain,pressure,fullness involving the anterior face and periorbital region iv.Headache that is localized or diffuse 2.Children who have a score of Nine or greater on the validated Pediatric Rhinosinusitis Symptom Scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Migraine 2. Ophthalmic headache

The effectiveness of the trial drug will be assessed using Adelaide Disease Severity Score and Pediatric Rhinosinusitis Symptoms Scale significant reduction in score show the drug efficacy.Timepoint: On duration of 24 days of drug every seventh day patients will be assessed by Adelaide Disease Severity Score And Pediatric Rhinosinusitis Symptoms Scale and also by improvement in clinical condition
