Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Irrespective of age and gender, with New Onset Neurological Complaint Less than 1 week in which MRI Brain scan full protocol done, report and request form available for retrieval.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Specialized MR protocols (e.g. pituitary, orbits, and internal auditory canal studies). Full Protocol scan with normal reports and no findings Patient with history of trauma and traumatic intra cranial haemorrhage.
