Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: single or multirooted clinical diagnosis of irreversible pulpitis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: severe periodontal disease pregnancy or lactation mental disabilities sensitivity or adverse reaction to drugs analgesic and inflammatory drugs consumed within last 12 hours
