Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Completely edentulous old aged people who have been wearing removable complete dentures for a period more than 1 year and those were willing to participate in the study and gave written consent were included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Old denture wearer who did not wish to remove the denture and those people with known systemic diseases were not included in the study. And patients not willing to give informed consent and patients with neuromuscular conditions who lack dexterity to maintain the denture hygiene.
