Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 patients having perennial allergic rhinitis based on clinical presentation as per diagnosis criteria ICD 10 diagnosis criteria ICD 10 Diagnosis code: j89.30 2 16 years and above 3 patients of all gender 4 those patients taking nasal saline spray

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Vasomotor rhinitis 2 Recent two courses of parenteral steroids within 3 months of screening PAR Patient progressing into Bronchial asthma.
