Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with classical signs and symptoms of kotha were selected patient. Patient belonging to age group 16 years to 65 years were included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Female patients with pregnancy and during lactation period, Allergic contact dermatits, hereditary angio- neurotic oedema, other co-skin disease, age less than 16 years and more than 65 years. Patients with cancer, cardiac problems, uncontrolled HTN, AIDS, Bleeding disorders, renal disorder, a suspected history of chronic alcohol or drug abuse. Kotha associated with other skin disease like- Kitibha, Vicharchika etc. will be excluded.Patient consuming Steroids as Medicine on regular basis for any ailments and patients having history of Anaphylatic shock will be excluded.
