Inclusion criteria: ASA 1 & 2 Patients undergoing elective surgery under general anaesthesia with duration of less than 4 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: lack of consent from patient preoperative respiratory failure preoperative tracheostomy pregnancy
