Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of ASA grade I , ASA grade II 2. Patients of Mallampati grade I,II 3. All patients scheduled for General Anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal or not giving consent. 2. Anticipated difficult bag and mask / video laryngoscopy 3. Patient with comorbidities 4. Patients with distorted nasal anatomy 5. Patients with nasal trauma,nasal bone fracture 6. Patients with suspected basilar skull fracture, suspected epiglotitis, large nasal polyp/ foreign body 7. Patients with coagulopathies or bleeding disorder 8. Patients on anticoagulants therapy

Assessment in terms of associated complications, hemodynamic alterations and operator preferenceTimepoint: In time frame of 1 minute. 3 minutes and 5 minutes for hemodynamic variation and post operation sore throat assessment
