Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with age group of 25-55 2. Radiographic evidence of grade II and III furcation defects 3. Vertical furcation defect 3mm 4. Tooth should have perio-endo lesion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic smokers 2. Poor oral hygiene 3 .Pregnant and lactating women 4. Patients allergic to medications 5 .Using tobacco in any form 6 .Patients with systemic diseases
