Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Clinically confirmed cases of medial epicondylitis 2) Complaint of unilateral medial elbow pain while applying resistance during wrist flexion for more than 6 weeks duration

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Associated comorbid conditions 2) Previous history of trauma, surgery, infections, tumor at the affected elbow joint 3) Bony deformity 4) Bleeding disorders, anti coagulant therapy, psychiatric disorders, neurological deficits 5) Systematic inflammatory disease, increased localised temperature 6) Previous steroid injections or ultrasound in past 6 months 7) Pregnancy 8) Who are not willing or in sound mental state to give consent
