Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients coming to the OPD having mild to moderate knee joint pain 2)All soft tissue injuries, sprain, strain, hamstring pull ,muscles cramps and repetitive stress injuries will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Participants not willing to provide informed consent for the study. 2)Patients having any congenital anomalies, malignancy, immune compromised disorders are excluded 3)Specific conditions like fracture, myositis ossoficans, cysts,third degree and above ligament injury, meniscal tear ,Known cases of osteo arthritis rheumatoid arthritis and other autoimmune diseases are excluded

Change in scores of LYSHOLM KNEE SCORING SCALE to assess burden of knee joint painTimepoint: The enrolled group will be observed for a period of 24 days- 7 visitations with a 3 days gap and all changes will be recorded in each visit event chart. After 24 days, the proformas will be readministered to assess the overall changes, they will be followed up for a month after treatment to see the changes.

o Special case proforma developed for marmabhighatalakshanas as per ayurveda to assess the magnitude of physical illness.Timepoint: The enrolled group will be observed for a period of 24 days- 7 visitations with a 3 days gap and all changes will be recorded in each visit event chart.
