Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Symptomatic patients requiring surgical removal of mandibular third molars. 2. Patients volunteering for the study participation and follow ups, willingly. 3. Patients not undergoing any other wound care regimen or dressing medicament application.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with known malignancy or tumor growth. 2. Patients undergoing steroid therapy. 3. Pregnant and lactating females. 4. Patients suffering from blood dyscrasias and bleeding disorders. 5. Medically compromised cases.
