Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects with Parisravi Bhagandara Fistula- in-Ano suitable for Kshara Sutra Karma. Subjects with Low Anal Fistula. Subjects having Bhagandara Fistula- in-Ano aged between 21-60 years, irrespective of gender, caste and religion will be selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects having Bhagandara Fistula-in-ano with any systemic disease interfering with the course of Treatment. ubjects having Bhagandara Fistula-in-ano with more than 2 openings in Perianal Region.
