Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Screened cases of Avabahuka. Patient willing for treatment with written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: K/c/o HIV,HCV,HBsAg positive patients. Pregnant and lactating women. Patient with history of trauma or fracture of affected hand. Patient with systemic disease.

To evaluate the efficacy of Ksheerbala Taila Marsha Nasya In Avabahuka With Special Reference To Frozen ShoulderTimepoint: 7 days treatment with follow up on baseline 0,7th,14th 28th day

To review the literature about Avabahuka in view of Ayurveda. To review the literature about Frozen Shoulder in view of modern medical science. To evaluate efficacy of swalpa Masha Taila Nasya In Avabahuka. To compare the efficacy of Ksheerbala Taila Marsha Nasya and swalpa Masha Taila Nasya In Avabahuka With Special Reference To Frozen Shoulder. To Observe any adverse drug reaction.Timepoint: 7 days treatment with four follow up on 0,7th, 14th and 28th day.
