Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Gender-female only Age-between age group of 18-25 year collage going girls. Female having low hemoglobin more than 8% to less than 12% with low MCV and low MCH cases should be taken. Female who have started their menarche and having regular menstrual cycle.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Female having low hemoglobin with normal MCV and MCH volume should be excluded. Pregnant and lactating women Female having any menstrual disorder, genetic disorder, systemic disorder, or suffering from any chronic illness was excluded.
