Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient having of atopic dermatitis - Dry skin, Itching, erythema, burning sensation, discharge - two or more of these symptoms should be present. 2. Children between the age group of 1 year to 12 year , irrespective of gender, socio-economic status and food habits

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Weeping eczemas, infected lesion will be excluded from the study. 2. Children having any other associated illness like diarrhea, acute respiratory infections and acute febrile or other disorders will be excluded from the study. 3. Lichenified skin changes. 4. Lesions greater than 9% body surface area.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The symptoms of atopic dermatitis are expected to be reduced after the use of arka tail.Timepoint: 15 days study with follow up on 7th and 15th day (0,7,15 days)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The symptoms like kandu and daha are expected to be relieved maximum and other symptoms had moderate relief. There will be minimum adverse effectsTimepoint: 15 days study with follow up on 7th and 15th day (0,7,15 days)
