Inclusion criteria: ASA- I II III Patients undergoing elective surgeries were recruited Age between 18-80 will included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA IV Regional anaesthesia Emergency surgeries Pregnancy and infants Neurological defects or disorders Patient with Alzheimer disease

To test the patient preoperative cognitive function skillsTimepoint: Preoperative cognitive function is tested before a day of surgery Postoperative cognitive function are tested a day after surgery, a week after surgery, three months after surgery

MeasureTime frame
To assess potential risk factors associated with postoperative cognitive function between the age group of 18-55 and age group of 55-80. Also to access the correlation between the pre and post cognitive skillsTimepoint: Preoperative cognitive function is tested before a day of surgery Postoperative cognitive function are tested a day after surgery, a week after surgery, three months after surgery
