Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: cooperative and motivated patients willing to be included in the study, periodontitis patients with pocket and loss of attachment on at least 3 sites, one per quadrant with radiographic evidence of bone loss

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Smokers, alcoholics and patients with other adverse habits, Any systemic diseases that could influence the outcome of periodontal therapy, Patients taking antibiotics, cortico-steroids,non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDS), immunosuppresants, and any other drug that could influence the treatment outcome, History of periodontal treatment in the past 6 months, Pregnant and lactating women, Any known allergy or hypersensitivity to any product
