Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: People who are medically diagnosed with knee OA. People with GRADE- 1,2 and 3 knee OA. AGE GROUP 18 years and above. Patients should not have self-reported ligament or meniscus injuries. All genders will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Grade4 OA knee, any neurological issues, any cardiovascular condition, skin infection or irritation, open wound or bruises, burn contracture.
