Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having regular menstrual cycle with age group of 18to50years participants will be adolescent girls who attainted menarche atleast 1year before. Patients having any of the following clinical symptoms Excessive menstrual bleeding Prolonged menstrual bleeding (7 days) Blood clots seen in mensus Patients with PBAC score of more than 100 points in the previous menstrual cycle (will be assessed in an private environment Patients willing to do USG pelvis

To asscess the improvement of clinical symptoms of Perumpadu (Dysfunctional uterine bleeding) using PBAC (Pictorial blood loss assessment chart) scoring system before and after treatment.Timepoint: To asscess the improvement of clinical symptoms of Perumpadu (Dysfunctional uterine bleeding) using PBAC (Pictorial blood loss assessment chart) scoring system before and after treatment.
