Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA grade I and II Age 18 to 65 years of either sex Patient undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy Patient with informed consent MPG I and II
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Patient with history gastroesopheal disease Patient with cardiac disease, lung disease,alcholism,morbid obesity,pregnancy,any abnormality of oral cavity or pharynx or patient prone for pulmonary complications like COPD, Pneumonia ASA III,IV,V Patient undergoing emergency surgery Patients with uncontrolled hypertension,uncontrolled diabetes,previous history of stroke Cervical spine fracture or instability Morbid obese patient
