Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. College-going students age group between 18 to 25. 2. Students who have having hamstring tightness using the Active knee extension test (less than 125 degrees). 3. Students having unilateral hamstring tightness. (If tightness is present bilateral, the greater tightness limb will be considered). 4. Students with BMI between 18.5 to 24.9 Kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of musculoskeletal problems, such as episodes of hamstring injuries or history of any fractures or surgery of the lower limb. 2. Pain in the spine or hamstring muscle over the past 6 months 3. Any musculoskeletal disorder in the trunk (Scoliosis and lower extremity deformity)
