Inclusion criteria: Primary hypertension On regular medication Willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Female having menstruation Mental illness Pyrexia Participants with a history of secondary hypertension Hypertensive complications Coronary heart disease Pregnancy Stroke Smoking and Alcoholism
