Intervention1: AUTOGENOUS BONE GRAFT WITH PRF MEMBRANE: To evluate Plaque Index, Gingival Index, Probing Pocket Depth (PPD), Clinical Attachment Level (CAL), intrabony defect fill at baseline, 3 month

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group 30 to 65years. Patients with good oral hygiene. Site specific criteria: Probing pocket depth of more than 5mm and intra-bony defect more than 3mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic smokers. Patients with hypertension, diabetes, and other systemic disorders. Patients who are unwilling to participate in the study. Pregnant and lactating mothers.
