Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group 30 to 65years. Patients with good oral hygiene. Site specific criteria: Probing pocket depth of more than 5mm and intra-bony defect more than 3mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic smokers. Patients with hypertension, diabetes, and other systemic disorders. Patients who are unwilling to participate in the study. Pregnant and lactating mothers.
