Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals with lower cross syndrome Pain intensity measured by NPRS greater than or equal to four Individuals willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with skin infections in lower back Individuals with fragile skin in the lower back Individuals with broken skin or wounds in the lower back Individuals with acute injuries in lower back Individual allergic to kinesio tape Individual with spondylolisthesis or spondylosis Individuals with impaired cognition
