Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients of hip fracture 2. Above 18 years of age (18-60 yr) 3. Male And Female 4. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical class I & II . 5. Patients undergoing Hip surgery under spinal anaesthesia

To compare time first rescue analgesic in both group - To estimate number of rescue analgesic required in 24 hr post op . - To compare severity of pain using NRS score - To compare patients satisfaction. - To determine any other postoperative complications.Timepoint: 18 months—
