Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 25 to 75 years, both males and females, were diagnosed with cervical spondylitis, cervical spondylosis, or chronic cervicalgia (duration of symptoms greater than seven weeks). Patients with a Neck Disability Index (NDI) score above 15/50. The primary complaint of cervicalgia, with or without radiculopathy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of vertigo, cervical spondylolisthesis, acute inflammatory arthritis, congenital malformation of the spine, trauma, or fractures of the spine. Previous surgery to the cervical and upper thoracic spine. Use of painkillers or steroids within the last 15 days. Participation in physiotherapy interventions before recruitment into the study.
