Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Scheduled spine surgery patients with prone positioning stable cardio-pulmonary status ASA classification 1-3
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pre-existing Airway Complications (stenosis, tracheomalacia, tumors, or difficult intubation) Emergency Surgeries Non-standard intubation Techniques (Double-lumen tubes, LMA, or other supraglottic airway devices). Neurological or Muscular Disorders (Myasthenia gravis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis).
