Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients having age of 5 years to 10 years 2.Patients will be selected irrespective of sex and religion 3.As per clinical signs and symptoms of Karshya described in classical Ayurvedic text 4.Children whose weight for age Z Score is between (-3 to -1) are included. (Z score is given in Annexure -6) 5.Children who consuming milk in daily life will be only selected. (trial drug given with milk)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients below 5 years and above 10 years of age. Severe dehydration, Chronic disease systemic disease. Congenial anomaly Any nourishment treatment is ongoing. If parents not willing to take a trial drug for their children.
