Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.School going children between the age group of 6 to 12 years irrespective of gender, religion and socioeconomic status. 2.Children whose screen time is more than or equal to 2 hours per day. 3.Children having problem with any one area of the assessment, i. e attention span, activities, behaviour, performances in school, parent child interaction, sleep disturbances, burning sensation of eyes, headache and mood swings. 4.Children whose parents are willing to sign the written assent forms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Known cases of systemic and other developmental and genetic disorders. 2.Diagnosed cases of any psychological illness. 3.Children already under any medications like health supplements. 4.Children who are contraindicated for Shiro Pichu like acute rhinitis, fever and cough.
