Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Dance Experience more than or equal to 1 month of hip-hop dance, practicing atleast more than or equal 2 hours/week FMS more than or equal to 17 FMS score more than 17 with asymmetry No current musculoskeletal injuries or medical conditions affecting movement Smartphone or tablet access for app-based training Provided informed consent for participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Existing musculoskeletal injury or medical condition affecting movement Prior structured FMS-based training Device Limitation (App Group): No access to a smartphone/tablet for app-based training
