Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both Males and Females Age between 18 to 25 years Subjects not on regular endurance training program

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with psychiatric illness or having problem with understanding Subjects with known musculoskeletal neurological cardio respiratory illness surgery Girls currently in menstrual cycle Subjects with recent trauma to the lower limb Subjects with positive history of COVID-19
