Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) Diagnosed osteoarthritis knee b) Experience morning knee stiffness lasting no longer than 30 minutes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Have undergone joint replacement on the affected knee b) Rheumatoid arthritis c) Disoriented patients d) Recent fractures e) Recently undergone knee surgery f) Cardiorespiratory disease g) Neurological disorder
