Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients having symptoms of Prameha Prabhut mutrata, Nakta mutrata, Hastapadtala daha, kshudha adhikya, Pipasa adhikya, Sweda adhikya minimum more than 1 month. 2.Diagnosed patients of Diabetes mellitus type II. 3.Patients having at least 3-4 above mentioned symptoms. 4.Patients between age group 20 to 80 years of both gender. 5.Blood sugar level range for fasting 126mg/dl to 200mg/dl. 6.Blood sugar level range for post prandial 200mg/dl to 300mg/dl. 7.HbA1C range between 6.5 to 9%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Known case of Diabetes mellitus type I. 2.Patient with any major systemic complication of Diabetes mellitus . 3.Pregnant and lactating female . 4.Patient with Co-morbidity like Cancer ,Tuberculosis, HIV, Hepatitis, Ischemic Heart disease, Kidney disease. 5.Patients with blood pressure more than 140/90mmhg.
