Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. At least one of the 3 characteristics (age over 50years) 2.Presence of crackling and/or morning stiffness for less than 30min). 3. Patients with grade 1, 2, 3 in the classification of Kellgren and Lawrence were included in the study 4. Both males and Females (40- 65)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of lower limb surgery less than 6 months 2. use of mobility aids 3. neurological disorder (sensory and/ or motor) 4. Joint Disorders related to Hip, Ankle and foot 5. use of prosthesis or orthosis in the lower limbs 6. cardiopulmonary diseases Dyspnea, COPD, any cardiac surgery 7. any other acute adverse health condition 8. Patients taking treatment for OA
