Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sperm count below 15 million/ml. Patient has not undergone any other treatment. The period of abstinence will be 2 to 7 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Azoospermia and Aspermia K/C/O or clinical diagnosis of testicular varicocele and hydrocele K/C/O Filariasis History of any other chronic illness like cancer, renal failure, cardiac disease.

Proposing achieving 5 million sperm per milliliter or above changes in the Sperm count consider improvement.Timepoint: 90 days
