Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Assessment of knowledge and skill enhancements in evidence synthesis to evaluate the effectiveness and long-term sustainability of the integrated conceptual training through randomized controlled trials.Timepoint: Baseline assessment (prior to the practical training) Post intervention assessment (after 3 month of practical training) Follow-up assessment( after 3 and 6 months of the post interventional assessment)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. Evaluating the relationship between advanced knowledge and practical skill development through knowledge assessment scores. 2. Examining the association between advanced knowledge and student performance metrics. 3. Assessing the impact of practical training on long-term skill sustainability.Timepoint: Baseline and post-interventional assessment
