Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of cicatricial alopecia confirmed through clinical evaluation and histopathological examination. 2. Evidence of inactive scarring alopecia with minimal signs of ongoing inflammation. 3. Availability of donor hair from either the beard or occipital scalp. 4. Both male and female patients between 18 and 65 years of age 5. willing to provide informed consent and adhere to post-procedure instructions and follow-up visits.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Active infection or inflammation at donor or recipient site or unstable cicatricial alopecia with severe scarring. 2. Patient with chronic illnesses or systemic conditions which affect wound healing like autoimmune diseases, diabetes mellitus, CAD, blood borne infections etc. 3. Patients on blood thinners or anti hypertensive drugs 4. non compliant patients 5. Patients with unrealistic expectations. 6. Patient with poor donor hair from beard or occipital scalp. 7. Patient below 18 years and above 65 years. 8. Patient who have undergone prior hair transplantation.
