Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Normal healthy individual from age 18-25 years are included. Subject had a ability to perform both heel-rise variations independently are included. Subject with normal muscle strength and ranges are included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subject with any lower limb asymmetry(limb length discrepancy) are excluded. Subject with history of lower limb musculoskeletal injuries or surgery are excluded. Subject with physical disabilities are excluded. Foot arch and toe deformities, pathology and/or pregnant are excluded. History of metal implant and cardiac condition are excluded. Any condition affecting neuromuscular function are excluded.
