Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) All pediatric patients having cancer planned for anthracycline based chemotherapy with normal LA & LV function at baseline

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Children with previously diagnosed cardiac disease. 2) Childhood cancer survivors 3) Subjects undergoing radiotherapy 4) Seriously ill children, with life expectancy of less than 1 year 5) Patients with other serious comorbidities
