Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 60 years 2. Clinically and mycologically confirmed dermatophytosis 3. No systemic diseases or comorbidities 4. Treatment na ve patients
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients not giving informed consent. 2. Patients with unrealistic expectations 3. Pregnant and lactating females 4. Known hypersensitivity to glycolic acid or antifungal medications 5. Systemic illness or other contraindications to chemical peels 6. Patients with local inflammatory skin disorders or active herpes infection at the site of the procedure.
