Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All out of hospital cardiac arrest victims with age more than 18yrs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with obvious signs of death like Algor mortis, Rigor mortis, postmortem lividity

To find out the prevalence of ROSC among OHCA victims with High Quality CPR in Emergency DepartmentTimepoint: At every 2 mins until ROSC is achieved

MeasureTime frame
To correlate the Outcomes of resuscitation among OHCA victims with variable factors like Witnessed/non witnessed-unresponsiveness or absent breathing, By-Stander CPR initiation, Time difference between OHCA & presentation in Emergency Department, cause of OHCA, place of OHCA, age, sex, ECG Rhythm & Echocardiography findings of the patientTimepoint: At Baseline;To find out the prevalence of 30 day survival among patients who attained ROSC.Timepoint: At 30 days
