Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients presenting with classical signs and symptoms of janu sandhigata vata such as sandhishoola, sandhi shotha , janusandhi atopa janu sandhi prasarana and akunchana vedana.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: traumatic cases like fracture, dislocation diagnosed cases of vataraktha and amavata.
