Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having Maxillary and mandibular Molars diagnosed with Symptomatic irreversible pulpitis with normal periapical tissue Symptomatic irreversible pulpitis with symptomatic apical periodontitis Pulp necrosis with symptomatic Apical periodontitis Pulp necrosis with acute periapical abscess

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients not willing to participate in the study Teeth with open apices Teeth with fracture Teeth with resorption
