Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Likert type scale score ranging from eight to twenty one in Insomnia Severity Index

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with history of mental illness. Patients with metabolic syndrome like diabetes, hypertension etc. Presence of any locomotor disabilities. Patients taking any drugs. Patients undergoing other trials. Habits of smoking and alcoholism. Any cardiovascular disease, renal complications, respiratory disorders.

The quality of sleep will be assessed using Pittsburg Sleep Quality Index scale (PSQI), Insomnia Severity Index scale (ISI) used to assess the severity of the condition, Perceived Stress Scale (PSS), was used to analyse the stress.
