Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Taekwondo Recreational players 2 Participants who are willing to participate 3 Healthy individual 4 Players perform their training at least 3-4 times a week and at least playing since 1 year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Individuals with any musculoskeletal, neurological and cardio respiratory disorder 2 Surgery and injury in last 1 year 3 Any psychological disorder
