Intervention1: Root canal treatment in Type 2 Diabetic patients: Patients will be divided into 3 study groups in which different intracanal medicaments will be placed for 7 days Control Intervention1:

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patient meeting diagnostic criteria of Type 2 diabetes mellitus 2) Non-vital teeth with/without radiographic evidence of periapical tissue changes . 3) Posterior teeth. 4) Patients who had not used analgesics/ antibiotics in last 7 days

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnant and lactating patients. 2) Having used corticosteroid in the last 6 months. 3) Individual with other systemic disease requiring antibiotic prophylaxis. 4) Patients allergic to ingredients used in the study. 5) Having received immunosuppressive therapy within the last week. 6) Root fracture or root resorption. 7) Previously treated or previously initiated teeth. 8) The presence of more than one adjacent tooth requiring endodontic treatment.
