Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children aged 24 to 71 months Children with ECC, diagnosed based on AAPD criteria (Group I) Caries free children with no history of dental caries (Group II) Parents or guardians providing informed consent for participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with systemic conditions and medication may affect salivation Children undergoing active dental treatment Children using fluoride supplements
