Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Consumed at least 5 cigarettes/day for last 5 years and Willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of chronic diseases (COPD, BP, Diabetes, HIV etc.), previous exposure to yoga in the past 6 months, known cases of psychiatric disease (anxiety, depression, dementia etc.), subjects on medication, current users of nicotine replacement therapy products
