Inclusion criteria: KFDV-positive patient records from Kasturba Medical College (KMC), Manipal for the last 4 KFD seasons.

MeasureTime frame
Level 1 Identification of the possible homoeopathic prophylactics/ therapeutics indicated for KFDV infection based on the observed symptomatology pattern from the last 4 KFD outbreaks. Level 2 Quantifying the viral load from the last 4 KFD outbreaks and identifying the change in homoeopathic prophylactics/ therapeutics indicated for KFDV infection based on the severity of viral load. Identification of the viral genome variations using Next Genome Sequencing (NGS) and correlation with the symptomatology of KFD and identified homoeopathic prophylactics/ therapeutics.Timepoint: Level 1- 3 months Level 2- 6 months—
